Our retreat centre can host up to 40 people, the accommodation comprises of the following:
The Mansion
The Mansion is rented as a whole and consists of two floors with independent entrances, but connected on the inside by a large staircase.
There are 2 fully equipped kitchens and a total of 8 bedrooms all of which have an en-suite bathroom, desk and wardrobe, and one very large common room with fireplace.
The bedrooms:
1 single room with single bed.
1 single room with double bed.
1 single room with king-size bed (sharing the bathroom with room below).
1 double room with twin single beds (sharing bathroom with the room above).
2 triple rooms with 3 single beds.
2 triple rooms with one double bed, one single and one sofa bed.
There are two more bedrooms located on the ground floor of the mansion (king-size and single bed, with shared bathroom), which can also be made available.
According to whether the double beds are used by a couple or by a single person, the Mansion can accommodate between 19 and 22 people.
Friend’s House
A mini-cottage on two floors connected by external stairs. On the ground floor a single room with bathroom and on the upper floor with a fully equipped kitchen (including an oven) and a living / dining room with double sofa bed, bathroom and a fouton style bed on a mezzanine (suitable for child or young person).
It can accommodate between 2 and 4 people.
The Hermitage
A mini-cottage on two floors with its own fully equipped kitchen (including an oven) and a double bed offering accommodation to a single person or a couple.
The Chalet
It is a newly constructed grass roofed bungalow, enjoying an elevated position, with plenty of light and stunning views. There are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds sharing the bathrooms, and an open plan kitchen / living room with sofas.
It sleeps between 3 and 4 people and is wheel chair friendly.
The Dormitory
A large room (15x5 m.) on the upper floor of the Old Barn, with 4 spacious bunk beds, plus 2 single beds, en suite bathroom with 5 basins, 5 toilets and 4 showers.
Sleeps up to 9 people.
Meditation Hall
A newly constructed grass-roofed building entirely wood cladded, inside and out, with infra-red heaters and wooden floor, offering a surface of 150 square metres. Ideal for indoor activities in large groups.
It is situated on an elevated position, partly immersed in the forest, but with plenty of light coming through the large windows.
An adjacent wooden hut serves as tea room and a toilet is also nearby.
Large Dining Room and Kitchen
Located on the lower floor in the Old Barn the big kitchen with adjoining dining room offers catering facilities for up to 40 people.
The kitchen is fully equipped with 2 large fridge, 2 dish-washers, 2 large cookers (one electric and one gas), 3 electric ovens (one of which is extra-large) and a larder.
Further Information
The mansion’s two floors are to be rented as a whole and constitute the “basic package”. All other spaces can be added according to the number of persons in the group and their needs. The big kitchen and large dining area come at no extra cost, when all the spaces are rented.
While all the houses offer self-catering facilities (a total of 6 kitchens of various sizes), if a group prefers to be catered for, this can also be arranged. All the grounds are open to the guests as is the bio-pool. The Finnish sauna, steam room, treatment rooms and the Yoga-Med Hall are available on request at an extra charge.
